Hibi no Mori: World Tree

Contact

Email zyguo415@gmail.com. Operator: Ziyu Guo. Japanese and English inquiries are welcome. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, the approximate time of the problem with your time zone, and the steps that led to it. Redact private journal content from screenshots. Never send an Apple password, verification code, or full card number.

A purchase did not appear

Sign in to the app with the same Apple account you used for your app account. Open the Magic Drops shop and choose Refresh Balance & Products. If needed, use Restore Purchases and refresh again. The balance comes from our verified cloud purchase record; do not buy the pack again while a payment is being confirmed. If the problem remains, contact support with the product name and purchase time. Apple refund requests can be made through Report a Problem.

World Tree or a weekly review is still generating

You can leave the page and return later. Open the existing job or its recovery action to continue checking it. If a retry is offered, use that retry so the existing task can be recovered. Do not repeatedly change the journal and start new generations while waiting. Reopening a completed result does not spend drops again. If the app says the charge is still being confirmed, refresh the balance; an interrupted connection does not by itself prove that a refund has completed.

Generation can take longer when the AI provider is busy. A World Tree shows possible paths based on selected records. It is not a prediction guarantee, diagnosis, or professional advice.

Letters, the tree's replies, and picture books

The week's letter arrives from Sunday evening once you have written on at least three days that week. Letters are free and bring new skills and titles from what you wrote. Your first letter comes without waiting for Sunday, as soon as you have written on three of the last seven days; after that, one letter per week. The tree's cloud replies are free and limited to a few a day; replies on this iPhone need Apple Intelligence and can be turned off in Settings. To keep these free features fair, each iPhone also has its own limit, shared by every account signed in on it. When a limit is reached the app says so and when it comes back; nothing is charged.

Painting a letter as a picture book costs 6 drops, once per letter. Drops are used only when the picture book is painted; if painting fails, nothing is charged and you can try again. You can close the letter while it is being painted; the picture book stays with the letter on every device where you use iCloud.

Forest dew

On each day you write in the journal while signed in, you receive one drop of forest dew, up to five held. Dew works like drops and is used before the drops you bought. While five are held no more collect, but once you use some, that day's dew can still come. Drops you buy never expire and have no cap.

My journal or iCloud sync is missing

Check the storage status in Settings and confirm that the intended iCloud account is signed in on the device. iCloud synchronization must be enabled in the app. Keep the app and existing files in place while investigating. Do not uninstall the app or delete iCloud data as a troubleshooting step when a local journal is your only copy. Local-only data does not automatically appear on another device.

The iCloud account and your app sign-in account can differ. Signing out of the app does not delete your local journal. Turning iCloud off does not erase earlier cloud copies.

Photos and handwriting

The app opens Apple's photo picker and loads only the photos you select. An original over 50 MB is rejected with an explanation; each photo is stored as a JPEG of at most 2 MB (longest edge 1,600 pixels). Handwriting is recognized on the device and may contain mistakes. Original photos and drawings are not uploaded for AI recognition. If iCloud is enabled, photos you add to the journal are part of your synchronized journal.

Privacy and deletion

AI permission can be withdrawn in Settings. New generations and manual generation retries then stop, while a submitted job may finish. See the privacy policy for data handling and retention.

For privacy requests, contact the support address above. In Settings, choose Delete account and confirm. This disables the account and starts background deletion of private cloud data, balance, and purchased capacity. Use Check deletion status for progress. Account-specific saved growth content on this device is also removed; your independent journal and backups are managed separately. If the app shows an Apple authorization link, follow it to stop Sign in with Apple for Hibi. Deletion does not automatically request a refund from Apple. If deletion remains pending or reports an error, contact us; do not create a replacement account to recover the old balance.
